2nd Line Technical Support Advisor - SaaS
- Outskirts of Cardiff, close to M4 (Hybrid working, 2 days per week from home
- £26,560 + up to 5% bonus
- Mon–Fri, 37.5 hrs (shifts between 8am–6pm)

What you’ll do:
- Provide 2nd line support across multiple software products on behalf of a SaaS company
- Troubleshoot complex customer issues using tools like JIRA, SQL, and Office 365
- Escalate bugs and feature requests to product/engineering teams
- Collaborate with 3rd line teams to resolve technical queries
- Diagnose browser, data, and email delivery issues (SaaS environment)
What you’ll need for this 2nd Line Technical Support Advisor role:
- Previous experience in IT/technical support within a fast paced, high volume IT Helpdesk environment
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills with excellent customer service skills
- Familiarity with tools like TeamViewer, LogMeIn Rescue, JIRA
- Calm under pressure with a customer-first mindset
