We’re working for a super progressive tech business in Cardiff who need some extra hands on deck to help with a current spike in workload. You’ll be part of lovely friendly team, working for a company with a great culture, who are passionate about their people and customers.
Position: Administrator
Salary: £11.44 per hour
Location: North Cardiff (free parking available onsite)
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm – 37.5 hours per week.
Contract: Temporary – up to 3 months
Start Date: ASAP (19th August 2024)
Duties and responsibilities for the Administrator Role:
- Review and verify the accuracy of insurance documents submitted by customers
- Update and maintain the database with the latest insurance information.
- Communicate with customers via email or phone to obtain missing or additional information as required.
- Ensure that all updates are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Print, pack, and send welcome packs to new and existing customers.
- Manage inventory of welcome pack materials and ensure supplies are reordered as necessary.
- Collaborate with other team members to support additional administrative tasks as needed.
