Job Title: Business Development Executive (Telesales Executive)
Salary: £25,000 to £35,000 pa (DOE) + uncapped commission (OTE £55,000)
Hours: 37.5 hpw, Monday to Friday working pattern
Location: Cardiff (free parking onsite) with hybrid working available (up to 2 days home working per week)
Contract: Permanent

This is a new business development role, focussing on growing revenues for software/SaaS solutions among existing accounts and new prospects. The primary objective is to identify decision-makers, understand their needs, and build relationships to secure new sales and increase revenue.
Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, demonstrating software products using a value-based approach, and achieving set sales targets and KPIs.
To be successful in this Business Development Executive role you should be able to demonstrate the following experience:
- A strong drive to achieve and surpass targets, with previous experience in a sales targeted role
