Position: Business Development Manager
Salary: Base salary up to £37,000 pa with OTE of circa £60,000 - £70,000 pa
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: Cardiff, London, Leeds, Manchester, Brighton or Edinburgh
Contract: Permanent

So what will the role entail?
Your role as Business Development Manager will be to take full ownership of the entire sales cycle from outbound prospecting through to ramping up spend. You’ll primarily speak to SME owner-directors and finance managers. The product is excellent, so does sell itself on many occasions, but you’ll need plenty of drive, ambition and perseverance.
So what experience do you need for this Business Development Manager role?

1-2 years in telesales experience

Exceptional ability to understand, empathise and ultimately sell

Strong, analytical pipeline management to understand the work you need to put in at the top of the funnel to get out your desired results
