Position: Customer Service Executive
Salary: Up to £22,000 pa + annual bonus
Location: Cardiff City Centre, with opportunity to work remotely from home
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9-5.30 (NO WEEKENDS!)

So – what will the Business Support Executive role involve?

Making the business stand out against the crowd by using your amazing customer service super powers.

Outbound & Inbound contact (call/email/video) to onboard exciting new customers

Keeping an eye and working on the main inbox, sharing your expertise to help the merchants.

Collaborating with your fab colleagues (as well as working solo) to ensure customer needs are met and providing the highest level of customer service.

Turning frowns upside down and working your magic to spot patterns in the frustrations or hopes of the merchants, seeing where we can change processes or product to make them happier.

Working with fellow customer service Superheros in different teams to help spot and investigate market trends.

Acting as “Chief Feedback Gatherer”, your mission (if you choose to accept it) is to escalate feedback/feature requests to the product team.

Thinking outside of the box to find inventive ways to provide support.

Working with fantastic partner companies to deliver the most amazing experience for all stakeholders, raising and tracking requests, all while continually keeping merchants in the loop along the way.
