Position: Case Assessor (Property Dispute Resolution)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Shifts from 9 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday – no evenings or weekends)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage own caseload of disputes, assess evidence, and negotiate final settlements with clients

Work in a KPI-driven and quality-focused environment

Collaborate with colleagues and other teams to ensure the best customer experience

Offer support to team members and maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude
What We’re Looking For:

Essential: Proven experience in complaints handling or dispute resolution

Essential: Background in the property sector e.g. lettings, estate agency or property management

Strong analytical skills to assess data and make informed decisions

Excellent negotiation abilities
