About the Role:

Position: Case Assessor (Claims Handler / Claims Negotiator)

Salary: £28,000 per year

Location: UK Home Working

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Shifts from 9 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday – no evenings or weekends)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of claims, assess evidence, and negotiate final settlements with clients

Work in a KPI-driven and quality-focused environment

Collaborate with colleagues and other teams to ensure the best customer experience

Essential: Proven experience in claims negotiation or complaints handling, with a background managing your own caseload from start to finish
