- Location: Glasgow-based, with hybrid working options (2 days in-office per week after training).

Your Role as a Claims Technician:
You’ll be responsible for proactively managing domestic property claims from start to finish, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience for all customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling domestic property claims from instruction to conclusion.
- Supporting customers during the initial claims process and providing reassurance.
- Managing costs, payments, and supplier projects.
- Coordinating with field surveyors, clients, and customers to keep claims on track.
What We’re Looking For:

- Claims Experience: Managing domestic property claims end-to-end (essential).
- A customer-first mindset with outstanding communication skills.
- A calm, empathetic approach when resolving complex issues.
- A proactive attitude, with the ability to exceed expectations.
- Experience with or progression towards Cert CII or Cert CILA (ideal).
- Strong organizational and IT skills.
