Salary: £25k-£28.5k + Benefits
Location: Hybrid working – office once per week (Manchester)
Hours: Full-time, 35hpw, Monday to Friday – No Weekends

What You’ll Be Doing
As an insurance Claims Technician, working in the domestic major loss team, you'll be the first point of contact for customers navigating the property claims process. Whether it's a flooded home or a fire-damaged property, you'll provide reassurance, explain next steps, and ensure claims progress smoothly. Expect a mix of customer interaction, problem-solving, and collaboration with loss adjusters and contractors.
