Position: Litigation Collector (Debt Collections Advisor)
Salary: £19,000 pa
Location: Cardiff (although currently this role will be working from home until it is possible to return to the Cardiff office)
Hours of Work: Full time, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (may need occasional evenings and half day on a Saturday)
Contract: Permanent

Working as a litigation collector, you’ll join a close-knit team of people where you’ll immediately make an impact. Responsibilities will include:
- Speaking to customers and administering their accounts throughput the litigation process
- Discussing next actions with customers and arranging payment plans and settlements to bring their accounts back on track
- General administration including responding to mail, submitting court forms and updating systems and spreadsheets

- Have recent experience in customer service role or legal / litigation assistant role where you’ve had to speak to customers on the phone
- Have a background in dealing with customer complaints, managing difficult conversations and supporting customers with their accounts
- A great deal of enthusiasm for putting customers first and the best communication skills
- Great attention to detail, organisation and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced work environment
