Position: Collections Advisor
Location: UK remote working / home working
Salary: up to £24,000 pa starting salary (depending on collections experience)
Hours: 35 hours per week, 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday

The successful Collections Advisor will be responsible for the following:

Working closely with the customers who have fallen behind on their loan repayments to promote engagement

Having effective conversations to create a manageable solution that is best for both the customer and the bank

Taking the time to understand the customer’s individual situation, showing empathy and respect and providing fair outcomes and positive experiences throughout

Ensuring a fair and ethical approach - helping each and every customer on their road to financial recovery

Previous collections experience within a heavily regulated financial services or utilities environment
