Location: Cardiff City Centre (3 days in the office, 2 from home)
Salary: Up to £35,000 depending on experience
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday–Friday between 8am–8pm (no weekends!)

The role:
You’ll be speaking to customers about their repayment plans, supporting them through difficult conversations, and making sure they feel respected and heard. It’s about empathy, not pressure – and always doing the right thing.
