We're recruiting on behalf of a highly successful and growing business in Bridgend that's looking for an organised, ambitious and proactive Commercial Administrator to join their team.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys being busy, loves getting the details right and wants to develop within a business where they can genuinely grow. You'll work closely with the sales team, gain exposure to different areas of the business and play a key role in delivering an excellent experience for customers.

What you'll be doing
- Managing customer orders from receipt through to dispatch.
- Providing updates to customers and resolving queries promptly and professionally.
- Preparing quotations and supporting the sales team with proposals and presentations.
- Coordinating projects and maintaining accurate records across SAGE, CRM and Smartsheet systems.
- Processing purchase orders and supporting supply chain administration.
- Following up invoice queries and liaising with customers to resolve issues.
- Registering inbound sales enquiries and coordinating with the sales team.
- Acting as the first point of contact for incoming calls and emails.
- Supporting proactive customer communications, including product updates and campaigns.
What we're looking for
- Around 12–24 months' experience in an office-based administration role.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. SAGE would be an advantage.
- Someone who enjoys working as part of a team and takes pride in delivering great service.
