Position: Compliance Administrator
Salary: £24,000 per annum
Location: Cardiff Bay (Full Time in the office)
Hours of work: Monday to Friday – 8am – 4:30pm
Contract: Permanent

- Data Administration experience
- Excellent IT skills
- Customer Service experience
- Confident telephone manner and communication skills

- Conducting outbound calls discussing the measures and compliance with clients
- Taking inbound calls with queries relating to the compliance
