Position: Sales Coach (Contact Centre Trainer)
Salary: £35,000 pa
Location: North Cardiff (free parking available onsite) with a “work your way” flexible working culture and Hybrid working – 2 days per week from home
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Contract: Permanent

So what does the Contact Centre Sales Coach role involve?
- Supporting new starters and existing staff development with a view to increasing performance and productivity within their sales role
- Employing a variety of methods within the sales academy, including delivery of sales skills and process training, role play, call listening and call coaching
- Supporting with the interviews and hiring of new sales team members
- Supporting the team with setting themselves objectives, including how to manage their day, CRM platform and reviewing calls
- Keeping sales academy material up to date and developing / delivering new content to support business changes
- Supporting line managers with ongoing performance management
