Position: Senior Credit Controller
Location: Cardiff City Centre / Hybrid Working (2 days office / 3 days home)
Salary: Up to £30,000 pa starting salary (depending on level of senior experience) plus £6,000 bonus paid quarterly
Hours: Full time permanent contract, Monday to Friday (no weekends / evenings)

The successful Senior Credit Controller will be responsible for the following:
- Utilising their previous credit controller experience to develop relationships with the customer base and internal stakeholders
- Manage and be responsible for own ledger of a minimum 300 end debtors, of mid to low complexity
- Work within the agreed credit control structure and processes ensuring profitability through efficient and effective credit control
- Undertake account reconciliations to ensure accuracy across your ledger
- Management of own CRM tickets and personal emails
- Pro-actively monitor insured limits with customer base, and highlighting any concerns to the business
- Manage any bespoke invoice requirements for your customer base
For your application to be successful for this Credit Controller role for a FinTech business in Cardiff, your CV should demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Understanding of cash collection processes or Accounts Receivable
- Experience within a customer focussed environment with a background in credit control
- A high degree of resilience and the ability to have difficult conversations, whilst ensuring outstanding customer service
- Commercial risk awareness
- Computer literate and confident with multi-system use
- Good Excel skills
