Position: Customer Service Legal Advisor
Salary: £19,814 pa + opportunity to earn up to an additional £3,000 pa in performance bonus
Location: Cardiff City Centre, super close to great public transport links
Hours: Full time (40 hours per week) shifts, including some weekend working

Taking or making telephone calls from/to customers in relation to their motor vehicle accident

Promote and sell additional products to the customers, for example hire vehicles, vehicle repairs and following up personal injury claims.

Use telephone scripts and be FCA compliant

Liaising regularly with customers, suppliers, partners and insurance companies regarding the progress of motor and personal injury claims and to convert calls into sales opportunities.

Achieve individual performance targets and contribute to team performance.
You don’t need previous legal or motor claims experience to be successful in this customer service advisor role, just the right “can-do” attitude and proven experience in a highly customer focussed environment.
