Position: Customer Care Consultant (Customer Service Advisor)
Location: Cardiff city centre, with opportunity to work on a Hybrid basis (2 days per week from home)
Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 pa (DOE) + annual bonus of up to 30%
Benefits: 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) rising to 30 with service, private medical / dental and health cashback plans, company pension, discounts on life / critical illness cover + loads more.
Hours: 35 hour per week contract, between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday
What You’ll Be Doing

Working as an essential part of the savings lifecycle, addressing customer requests and ensuring an excellent service experience.

Liaising with both internal and external parties, to ensure a seamless customer journey within financial services legislative processes.

Operating as the main point of contact for customers, taking incoming calls, making outbound call-backs, responding to emails and online secure messages.

Working closely with internal colleagues; flexibly assisting other business areas as needed to maintain a smooth journey for the customer.
What You’ll Need

Customer Service Experience: Proven experience within a telephone based / contact centre customer service role, preferably within a financial services, regulated environment.

Customer-Centric Approach: Demonstrate integrity and a strong commitment to serving customers, ensuring fair and positive experiences throughout their journey.

A can-do attitude: Willing to role your sleeves up and get stuck in as a true team player with an ambitious / growth mindset.
