Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm – NO WEEKENDS!
Location: Newport (although currently working remotely)

This unique opportunity for a Customer Sales Advisor will see you become part of the Customer & Business Services contact centre team in Newport. You’ll take the lead with inbound sales calls in line with company and regulatory guidelines whilst meeting your own sales targets and maintaining the ultimate “service” element to the role! What’s most important is that you provide your customers with the right products.
What you will be responsible for
Typically you’ll be responsible for managing inbound calls in a timely manner and following conversational scripts to get the most out of every call. Identifying individual customer needs is really important in this position and you’ll be the guardian of ensuring the sale of products in line with suitability for the customer and will be able to adapt your approach for different customers with considerations for any vulnerable customers.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales and conversations with customers on the CRM.
- Meeting personal and team targets.
- Continually developing and maintaining knowledge of products and services offered by the company and its business partners.

- Experience working within a sales role (inbound or outbound)
- Experience in meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Understanding of sales process and dynamics
- A commitment to excellent customer service
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast paced contact centre environment
- Confident in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
