Position: Customer Service Administrator
Location: Central Cardiff (Although currently working from home)
Salary: £22,000 pa (will be pro rata’d for part time hours)
Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday, no weekends / Part Time - Flexible daytime hours

The job of Part Time Customer Service Administrator will involve the following responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support and first-class customer service
- Inputting high volumes of numerical data, ensuring 100% accuracy
- Maintain and develop the personnel electronic filing system
- Submit and manage credit line requests
- Undertake other duties as directed by line managers commensurate with the post
