Position: Customer Service Administrator
Salary: £20,000 - £22,000 pa (depending on relevant experience within financial services / lending)
Location: Cardiff (although currently this role will be working from home until it is possible to return to the Cardiff office)
Hours of Work: Full time, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Contract: Permanent
Working as a financial services customer service administrator, you’ll join a close-knit team of super talented people where you’ll immediately make an impact on your customers, driving the business forward working closely with some of the biggest firms in the FinTech / alternative finance arena. Responsibilities will include:
- Making outbound calls per day to small business customers, guiding them through their finance application and support their funding journey.
- Gathering information from the customer, progressing the application through accurately entering their details into lender portal systems (using your keen eye for detail to spot any mistakes)
- Ensuring a high degree of accuracy to get the job done right first time.
- Contacting customers to assist them in making the right choice with the options available to them and then keeping in contact with them regularly to ensure a seamless process with the lenders.
- You’ll also keep an eye on incoming emails, responding where you can or forwarding queries to the right people as well as taking incoming calls as needed.

- Have a background and knowledge of working in a regulated financial services environment (preferably lending or FinTech)
