What you'll be doing
- Providing outstanding customer support via phone and email
- Managing customer queries and resolving issues efficiently
- Processing and updating customer information accurately
- Completing a variety of administrative tasks and maintaining records
- Working towards individual and team performance targets
- Supporting colleagues and wider teams when needed
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in customer service and administration
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
- Confidence managing multiple priorities in a busy environment
- A positive, proactive approach to work
- Comfortable using different systems and learning new processes
