Customer Service Administrator - Cardiff

We’re looking for Customer Service Administrators to join a progressive tech company with a great culture and super modern offices on the outskirts of Cardiff. Position:            Technical Support Officer (Customer Service / Administration)

Salary:                £25,700 + monthly bonus (£200 per month)

Location:           Cardiff Hybrid (3 days per week in office – free parking on site)

Hours:                 Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm shifts

Contract:           Permanent (35 hpw)

A bit more about the role:

You’ll play a key role in supporting existing customers and ensuring their documentation is accurate and complete. Day-to-day, you’ll:

  • Proactively contact existing customers to guide them through required paperwork
  • Audit submitted information with a keen eye for detail
  • Provide clear, professional feedback where further documents are needed
  • Take ownership of your own customer files from start to finish
  • Deliver outstanding service and ongoing support
  • Work towards SLAs and KPIs in a target-driven environment

It’s a role that blends administration, problem-solving, and customer care; perfect if you like variety and responsibility.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in an administration or customer service advisor role
  • A driven person who thrives in a fast paced, target / deadline focussed role
  • Confident communicator – whether by email, or phone
  • Competent with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Someone who’s organised and able to manage own workloads to set timeframes and deadlines
