Job Title: Onboarding Customer Service Administrator (Payroll Administrator)
Salary: £23,500 pa + annual bonus of up to 5%
Hours: 37.5 hpw, Monday to Friday shifts between 8.00am and 6pm.
Location: Talbot Green (free parking onsite) with hybrid working available (up to 2 days home working per week)

As an onboarding customer service administrator / payroll administrator, your role will be pivotal in supporting new customers as they transition their tech into the business. Key duties will include:
- Ensure all SLAs are met including but not limited to set up procedures, parallel runs and onboarding admin related to new client set ups
- Deliver high quality setups and administration for clients, with strong use of the software.
- Complete accurate parallel runs, identifying issues before they arise and correcting data where appropriate.
- Manage large volumes of data administration in a professional and confidential manner.
- Proactivly work as part of a team to follow up with clients where outstanding data is required to ensure SLA’s are met for client Go Live’s.
- Work to the highest standards to ensure first class service is delivered, whilst adhering to Quality & Regulatory standards.
- Deliver consistently against a clear set of objectives and KPI’s relating to both to personal delivery (productivity) and team delivery of customer interactions (NPS).
To be successful in this payroll customer service administrator role you should be able to demonstrate the following experience on your CV:
- Previous customer service administrator experience, ideally within a payroll administrator environment
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to solve difficult or unexpected problems.
- Have a professional payroll qualification (preferable, not essential)
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and an analytical nature
- Advanced technical skills, with an aptitude in using software products of varying complexity.
- Ability to plan and carry out work on your own or as part of the team.
- Ability to manage a range of complex tasks.
- Helpful and positive attitude in a busy environment
- Communicates clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing.
