Position: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Hybrid between Cardiff City Centre and Remote Working from Home
Salary: £22,000 pa + annual bonus, 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays)
Contract: Initially a 6 month FTC with opportunity for permanent role
This financial services, customer service advisor role is unlike any other, as you will 100% be involved in ensuring the best possible customer service. In addition you will be responsible for:
- Setting up the customer journey and testing customer processes to ensure the customer service function is second to none.
- Working closely with the COO
- Thinking outside the box and really putting yourself in the customer’s shoes to ensure all queries are dealt with professionally as the primary contact on behalf of the bank
- Working with brand new systems and processes to recognise areas for improvement and helping shape the changes for the benefit of both the customer and business
You will be responsible for answering customer queries relating to their accounts – mortgages and savings – supporting them through the lifecycle of the product.
