Position: Call Centre Customer Service Advisor
Salary: £18,500 pa plus competitive annual bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm - NO WEEKENDS!
Location: Cardiff City Centre, but option to choose to work from home
Contract: Permanent

This amazing opportunity will see you take on a varied and interesting customer service advisor role, where you will take incoming calls from customers, in addition to the following main duties:

Helping customers with everything related to their account, providing incredible customer service by listening, empathising, building trust and taking full ownership of the solution to ensure the best possible outcome for the customer, whatever it takes

Taking on feedback, proactively working to improve customer experience, because you genuinely care about the customer journey
