Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Salary: £21,000 pa plus great benefits
Hours: 40 hours per week, Mon – Fri, shifts between 8am and 8pm and 1 in 4 Saturday shifts 9am – 5pm
Location: Reading (with opportunity to work from home a couple of days per week)
Contract: Permanent

Providing excellent customer service by phone and email, managing a high volume of enquiries on behalf of Clients

Providing a quality service at all times

Dealing with customer complaints

Educated to GCSE Standard or equivalent

Previous Customer Service Advisor experience within a proactive, customer service role (retail, hospitality or call centre)

Experienced in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Excel

Excellent interpersonal and communicational skills

Ability to work in a busy team environment
