Position: Customer Service Advisor
Salary: £19,500 pa
Location: Caerphilly with opportunity to work a couple of days per week from home
Hours: Monday to Friday, shifts between 8am and 6pm, plus 1 in 5 Saturdays or Sundays
Contract: Permanent

So what does this customer service advisor role in Caerphilly actually involve day to day?

Taking incoming calls from new or existing customers

Providing advice on the claims process and triaging the claim in the first instance with the customer

Setting up new claims on the system

Ensuring amazing customer service is delivered as part of a close knit team
So what experience do you need to be successful in this role?

Experience in customer service – whether that’s from a contact centre / call centre, retail or hospitality

Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex information
