Position: Customer Service Advisor
Salary: £22,500 pa
Location: Cardiff
Hours of Work: Full time 37 hour per week contract, Monday to Friday shifts between 8am to 8pm (with 2 in every 9 Saturday mornings 8am to 2pm)
Start Date: April 2023
Contract: Permanent

So what does the role involve?
Working as a customer service advisor in this busy inbound contact centre, you’ll join a close-knit team of people where you’ll immediately make an impact. Responsibilities will include:

Be the first touch point on customers, demonstrating a positivity and a passion for solving customer issues.

Consistently listen, question and probe to resolve the customer’s account, query, or complaint.

Building rapport to understand the customers’ needs, identifying vulnerability, and negotiating the best way forward.

Display and demonstrate the company values to help achieve the company vision on a regular basis.

Supporting customers and colleagues through effective communication and teamwork.

Demonstrating a ‘one-touch’ and right-first-time approach to help each customer as quickly and appropriately as possible.
