Position: Customer Service Advisor
Salary: £30,000 pa
Location: Central Cardiff – close to great train / bus links with some opportunity to work from home
Hours: Monday to Friday flex between 8am and 6pm shifts
Contract: Permanent - 37.5 hours per week

Support customers via live chat, email, and phone – focusing on quality over quantity

Guide customers through onboarding and account management

Take ownership of customer issues across multiple queues, seeing every case through from start to finish

Keep customer records accurate and up to date in our in-house CRM

Experience in a regulated / financial services role

Someone who genuinely cares about the customer journey and takes pride in resolving issues with empathy and clarity
