Customer Service Advisor - Cardiff

We’re on the hunt for Customer Service Advisors to join a progressive tech company, with lovely modern offices and a great culture, on the outskirts of Cardiff. Position: Customer Care Consultant 

Salary: £24,700 pa plus monthly bonus (£300-300 per month)

Location: Cardiff Hybrid (3 days per week in office – free parking on site)

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Contract: Permanent (37.5 hpw)

A bit more about the role:

As a key part of the customer care team, you’ll support customers throughout their journey and make every interaction count. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Supporting customers via phone, email and live chat
  • Delivering a consistently high level of customer service
  • Keeping customer accounts accurate and up to date on the in-house CRM system
  • Identifying opportunities to add value through upselling, cross-selling, and lead transfers
  • Meeting and exceeding team targets, KPIs and service standards

This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same; perfect if you enjoy problem-solving and building great customer relationships.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in an inbound / outbound contact centre customer service environment
  • Someone who has experience of identifying ways to upsell / cross sell to add value to customer offering
  • Innovative problem solving, prioritising and delivery skills
  • Confident communicator – whether by chat, email, or phone
  • Exceptional attention to detail – you notice the little things that make a big difference
  • Ambitious, curious, and eager to grow within a fast-moving business
