Position: Customer Service Team Leader (Financial Lending Fraud Department)
Location: Cardiff (free parking on-site)
Hours: Monday to Friday, shifts between 8am to 8pm, plus weekends on a rota basis
Salary: up to £35,000 pa (negotiable depending on experience)

The successful Customer Service Team Leader will be responsible for the following:
- Managing the performance of a team of financial services fraud associates ensuring team and individual KPIs are consistently met
- Coaching and supporting the team, completing regular 121s and providing ongoing training where required
