UK Remote | Travel throughout the UK / Europe / USA

£55,000 to £60,000 pa + Benefits including private health cover, 25 days annual leave + bank holidays

Full time | 35 hours per week | Monday to Friday

Ready to take ownership of events from brief to delivery?

We’re looking for a proactive, organised and commercially minded Events Manager / Project Manager to join a fast-growing events agency who stage high-profile corporate events throughout the UK, Europe & USA on behalf of Globally recognised brands.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of corporate events throughout the full lifecycle; from interpreting the initial client brief and developing plans, through to managing suppliers, logistics, budgets and on-site delivery.

As part of a wider events team, you’ll work closely with clients, the creative and design teams and a range of suppliers to bring ideas to life and project manage each event. You’ll need to be highly organised, solution-focused and able to stay calm when deadlines are tight and plans inevitably change!

What you’ll be doing

  • As part of a team, managing corporate events from initial brief through to delivery and evaluation – truly project managing
  • Meeting with clients and interpreting briefs
  • Working with the wider team to develop event concepts
  • Managing project plans, timelines and budgets
  • Working with the design team on event plans, artwork and materials
  • Sourcing, briefing and managing suppliers
  • Managing logistics, event schedules and run of shows
  • Ensuring safety and compliance requirements are met, including RAMS and insurance
  • Identifying potential risks and resolving issues
  • Managing on-site event delivery
  • Handling last-minute changes and troubleshooting when needed
  • Completing post-event evaluations

What we’re looking for

  • Previous corporate events management experience and a strong project manager
  • Experience managing events from brief through to delivery
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence managing clients and suppliers
  • Experience managing budgets and multiple projects
  • Highly detail and solution-focused
  • A natural problem solver who can think on their feet
  • Able to manage short deadlines and last-minute changes while remaining calm under pressure
  • A self-starter who takes ownership but works brilliantly as part of a team
  • Commercially aware, reliable and hard-working
