We’re working with a well-established and growing business based in Ystrad Mynach, seeking a highly organised, proactive Executive Assistant to provide support to the Managing Director and leadership team.
Position: Executive Assistant
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum
Location: Ystrad Mynach (fully office-based)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm (40 hours per week)
Contract: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a key point of contact for diary management, meeting organisation, and general administrative support
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and track actions from meetings
- Manage travel arrangements, calls, and complex scheduling
- Support strategic projects, monitoring progress and deadlines
- Liaise with departmental managers to ensure timely reporting and communication
- Maintain and update strategic dashboards and reports
- Handle document control and manage inboxes with precision and efficiency
What You’ll Bring:
- Prior experience as a PA or Executive Assistant
- Excellent multitasking, organisational, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise under pressure
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and task management software
- Confident working independently and liaising with senior stakeholders
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a professional, trustworthy approach
- Strong presentation skills
