We’re hiring on behalf of a growing bank, who are looking for an experienced C-suite Executive Assistant / PA. This position plays a critical role in supporting the CEO and the wider executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will be have proven experience supporting C-suite or senior leaders in a corporate environment, with the ability to take ownership over tasks and projects in a pro-active way.

Position: Executive Assistant / PA
Location: Cardiff city centre / Hybrid (4 days office / 1 day home per
Salary: £35,000 to £38,000 pa + bonus
Contract: Permanent, 35 hours per week

What You’ll Be Doing

Providing day-to-day secretarial and administrative support to the CEO

Managing a busy and constantly changing diary – prioritising appointments, meetings, and events

Monitoring and managing the CEO’s inbox, drafting responses and flagging key actions

Booking UK and international travel, accommodation, and itineraries

Preparing reports, presentations, and meeting packs – ensuring the CEO is fully briefed and prepped

Supporting with filing and document management via internal systems

Carrying out general administrative tasks and ad hoc duties as required
What You’ll Need

Proven experience supporting C-suite or senior leaders in an Executive Assistant or PA role

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities

Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset

Confident communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to represent the CEO professionally

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

A high level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information

Experience within financial services is desirable but not essential
