Position: Growth Marketing Manager
Salary: £60,000 per annum
Location: Bridgend (Full time in the office)
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 7am – 4:30pm
Contract: Permanent
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience working for a global organisation
- Real world experience (min. 5 years) of tactical & strategic marketing and leading a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with accountability for results.
- Formal qualification in Marketing, Strategy, Business Development, Digital, Leadership, Brand Growth, or related field
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive marketing qualified leads and business growth results
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
So what does this Growth Marketing Manager role involved?
- Develop and execute the company’s marketing plan in line with the 3-year plan & vision.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Manage annual marketing budget to maximise ROI and ensure campaigns are executed within budgetary constraints.
- Achieve KPI’s and define further performance measures to track effectiveness of marketing initiatives
- Imbed our client’s brand pillars across all marketing channels. Be an ambassador for the brand and making it synonymous with innovative solutions
- Develop strategies to enhance brand visibility and perception in the market to contribute towards enterprise value
- Maintain brand identity, positioning and consistency across all marketing channels, communications and materials.
- Lead and develop the design team and lead generation team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Hold weekly 1-2-1 meetings with team members to coach and develop peak performance. Be willing to have tough conversations and ensure the Team Standard is maintained with 100% accountability.
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns to reach target audience effectively including digital, social media, print, and events.
- Work with outsourced agencies to improve our website UX and performance.
- Plan photo and video shoots
- Project manage the set up of exhibitions & conferences. Create plan to raise awareness of our attendance at these events.
- Analyse customer data and feedback to identify opportunities for product/service improvements and innovation.
- Work with in-house designers and outsourced agencies to plan and deliver engaging content and marketing collateral for various marketing channels. Develop clear messaging and content that resonates with target markets. Including paid ad and SEO strategies, product portfolios and spec sheets, web pages, monthly e-shots, case studies, blog & social media content
