Role: HR Advisor - Absence Management, Health and Wellbeing and HR Systems
Contract: Permanent
Location: Hybrid - Bridgend office, 1-2 days per week
Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday
Salary: up to £28,000

We are looking for a customer-centric HR Advisor to join a collaborative and supportive team and be responsible for:
- Advising, coaching and supporting managers and employees on HR Policies and procedures, particularly in relation to absence, including: sickness, maternity, paternity, sabbatical etc.
- Administering contracts and contract changes
- Conducting exit interviews
- Working as an escalation point for the team on more complex or challenging ER cases.
- Producing HR reports, which can include reporting on sickness absence, HR metrics, Flexible Benefits, Share Purchase Plans, Sports & Social and more
What we are looking for from you:
- Ideally you will have 2 years' experience in a HR role, or will have completed a relevant HR qualification
- An understanding of employment legislation
- Customer-centric approach and solutions focused
- A self starter with the ability to work effectively as part of a remote team, working independently when required
- Excellent organisational skills – able to prioritise conflicting tasks, work to deadlines and be effective under pressure
- A positive, can-do attitude
