We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor who is eager for really generalist / varied role.
Role: HR Advisor
Contract: Temporary for up to 6 weeks, with view to go permanent
Salary: Up to £29,000
Location: Hybrid working - offices across South Wales, flexible location
As the HR Advisor, you will be responsible for:
- · Project Work: To complete HR, OD & L&D project work, including: recruitment campaigns, leading on key processes implementation, roll out of staff engagement initiatives, TUPE and redundancy consultations, and more...
- · Employee Relations: Supporting and advising people managers on HR best practice relating to disciplinaries, grievances and performance management.
- · Learning and Development: To design, deliver and coordinate training and development sessions.
- · New starters induction and onboarding
- · HRIS: Maintain and update all employee records relating to HR and L&D. Using this to monitor statistics in relation to; recruitment, sickness absence, caseload, turnover, L&D activity etc.
- · Recruitment campaigns: End-to-end recruitment processes from ascertaining needs through to writing offer letters and contracts, references and DBS checks.
- · Payroll: Preparation of payroll information on monthly basis.
We are ideally looking for an experienced HR Advisor that:
- Is CIPD Level 5 qualified or has minimum 3 years’ relevant experience.
- Has generalist HR experience
- Has a real CPD attitude to own development – uses own initiative to keep updated on HR best practice, and new ways of working
- Has the ability to think outside the box and inspire creativity.
- Is a keen team player and can work well with others, as well as productive working autonomously
