Position: Talent Acquisition Partner
Location: Hybrid - 1 day pw in Cardiff city centre or London office
Salary: £40,000 basic + 20% annual bonus (paid quarterly)
Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week
Contract: Permanent

Working alongside another Talent Acquisition Partner and a broader People & Culture team, you will be responsible for attracting and retaining the best Finance, Sales and Operations people in the UK-market, showcasing why this organisation is such an awesome place to work!
You will oversee the full recruitment process, and be given the autonomy to tailor this process to ensure everyone (successful and unsuccessful) feels they've had a personal, epic experience!
You will be responsible for:
- Create hiring strategies including the provision of guidance on flexible versus permanent recruitment processes, channels to market, compensation, candidate availability and hiring timescales.
- Proactively identifying and engage talent through direct sourcing using various tools and techniques
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including writing job descriptions that emulate their brand and culture, advertising roles, screening and shortlisting CV's, conducting interviews and offers
- Managing key stakeholders, building key relationships with hiring managers and advising them on best recruitment practice, market insights and strategies, ensuring an epic candidate experience
- Contribute to continuous development in areas like employer brand, diversity & inclusion, emerging talent (grad schemes, apprentices), interview training, culture / values focused hiring .
This role is for you, if you:
- Have a wealth of recruitment experience (either internal or agency)
- Have a consultative approach to effectively partner with and coach the team on market insights and best practice
- Are tired of traditional recruitment methods and want a role where you can infuse 'life' into the process and showcase your innovative / creative flair to attraction strategies (particularly social media)
