Due to a period of rapid growth, we have created a brand-new HR Business Partner opportunity for someone to join this dynamic, progressive financial services organisation to help drive and imbed the People agenda.
Role: HR Business Partner
Contract: Permanent
Location: Hybrid working; Offices in Cardiff and Newport
Salary: £44,000 + AMAZING benefits such as agile working, private medical insurance, 10% pension, 28 days’ holidays + bank holidays, your birthday off and more!
Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday – 35-hr flexible working week
Start date: September 2022
As the HR Business Partner, you will be part of an energetic and exciting, close-knit team that boast a great culture.
Your main priorities will be to support, shape and drive the people agenda during this exciting period of change.
Key priorities for this role include:
- · Partnering with your Business Unit to provide a truly generalist HR service, ensuring strategies, initiatives and programmes are fit-for-purpose / imbedded appropriately
- · Developing a performance management framework
- · Launching a Wellbeing strategy and initiatives
- · Implementing the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) strategy
What we are looking for from you:
- · CIPD qualification (ideal, not compulsory!)
- · Previous HR experience working with Senior Leadership Team
- · Creative thinking to develop and execute creative solutions
- · Passion for HR and all things People; brand advocacy in everything you do; whether it be shouting about the amazing things they’re doing in the organisation / community, or the overall experience you’re delivering to new and existing employees
