Job title: HR Coordinator
Salary: £25,000 pa
Location: Hybrid working: Cardiff (City Centre) / Remote
Hours: 37.5 hours per week; full time, part-time / job share options
Contract: 6-month FTC

As a HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Being the first point of contact for all HR related queries and guidance (sign posting!)
- Compensation and benefits administration
- Supporting ER casework with minute taking and investigations
- Coordination of all onboarding activities for new starters
- Administering and managing all recruitment vetting process; checking elibility / right to work, organising any visas, etc.
- Project coordination support for all HR projects and employee engagement initiatives
- Recruitment coordination support, including: sourcing candidates for various positions, pre-screening telephone calls, coordinating diaries for interviews, drafting offer letters and contracts.
