Role: HR Manager (Bilingual – Welsh / English) *You don't need to be grammatically perfect, there is training to fine tune available!
Contract: Permanent
Location: West Wales – hybrid working: 2 days from home
Hours: Monday to Friday, full time (35.75 hours per week)
Salary: £42,000-48,000 DOE

As the Bilingual HR Manager, you will be leading a small, collaborative and supportive People team to deliver a comprehensive HR service across this Welsh organisation, as well as implement a number of great projects and initiatives!
You will be responsible for:
- · Recruitment: supporting recruitment campaigns, ascertaining hiring needs and relevant reporting
- · Payroll: Overseeing end-to-end payroll processes on a monthly basis
- · Reporting: Managing KPIs, reporting and analysis, presenting data and making recommendations to SLT
- · Reviewing, updating and developing policies and procedures
- · Advising Line Managers across the business on policies and best practice – employee relations issues, disciplinaries, grievances, performance and capability casework
- · Learning and development (L&D): Conducting performance appraisals and various other learning and development (L&D) programmes such as leadership and management development
We are looking for a Bilingual HR Manager who:
- · Is fluent in Welsh and English (Welsh grammar doesn’t need to be ‘perfect’, however, you will be required to communicate in writing and verbally in Welsh – there are free language lessons to perfect this!)
- · Is ideally CIPD level 5/7 qualified or equivalent, or working towards this
- · Has experience managing a busy HR team, supporting all activities across the full employee lifecycle
