HR Process Administrator
Crumlin (Fully office based)
Salary – £30,000
6-month fixed-term contract
Monday to Friday – 9:00am–5:00pm
If you’re an experienced HR Administrator who thrives on structure, accuracy, and being the backbone of a busy HR function, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative HR team on a 6-month contract.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys end-to-end HR administration, supporting employees and managers, and keeping HR processes running smoothly across a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

You’ll bring…
- Previous experience in an HR Administration role (essential)
- Ideally CIPD Level 3, Business Administration qualification, or equivalent experience
- HRIS systems essential (preferably Sage People)
- Good working knowledge of UK employment legislation
- Experience supporting multiple sites or working within a global HR function
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
- High standards of integrity, confidentiality, and data protection awareness
What You’ll Be Doing (and the impact you’ll make)
- Providing comprehensive HR administrative support across the full employee lifecycle
- Acting as a key point of contact for HR queries, building effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Producing accurate weekly and monthly HR reports, including headcount, starters, leavers, sickness absence, and holidays
- Maintaining HR systems, organisation charts, process maps, and spreadsheets with a strong focus on data accuracy and compliance
- Preparing and issuing HR documentation, including contracts, amendments, probation letters, flexible working requests, absence and resignation correspondence
- Maintaining accurate employee records with clear audit trails in line with GDPR and internal policies
- Collating and preparing monthly payroll information, ensuring all changes are accurately captured and submitted on time
- Reviewing, updating, and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and documentation, ensuring correct formatting and version control
- Raising and managing HR purchase orders, tracking spend and ensuring alignment with budgets
- Monitoring absence data and escalating concerns where appropriate
- Supporting HR meetings, tracking actions, and taking accurate minutes
- Processing all leaver data across relevant systems
- Supporting resourcing, onboarding, and employee engagement activities
- Acting as the main HR contact for the Crumlin office, coordinating HR-related visitors and ensuring a professional on-site experience
- Delivering HR inductions and ensuring all right-to-work and onboarding requirements are completed accurately and on time
- Taking confidential minutes during sensitive HR meetings when required
