Position: Inside Sales Executive
Salary: £28,000 to £30,000pa depending on experience
Location: Bridgend (plenty of free parking on site)
Hours of work: Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 4pm
Contract: Permanent

So what does the Bridgend based Inside Sales Executive role involve?
- Supporting the Commercial and Specification teams to track and maintain projects and specifications through to order stage
- Accurately quoting, following up and building relationships with customers to drive future business
- Pricing analysis to develop pricing offers and to standardise the commercial process
- Supporting the Commercial and Specification teams through effective utilisation of the inhouse CRM system
- Managing technical leads and self-generated project opportunities to identify sales opportunities at any stage of construction
- Accessing and working with incoming leads to ensure that all are captured, qualified and recorded in a timely manner
- Following up on incoming leads and liaising with distribution partners to increase the sales of company products
- Operating within the framework of the inhouse CRM system to add and progress projects, enabling provision of accurate forecasts to the business
- Providing reports via the inhouse CRM system to the business in both a planned and reactive manner when required.

- ·You have previous experience within an internal commercial environment, or previous sales experience within the construction industry
- You have previous experience using a CRM system
- You possess excellent communication skills
- You have strong attention to detail and are competent using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- You posses excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
