The Role: Interim Head of HR
Location: South Wales (Hybrid - 2/3 days in the office)
Salary - £70k per annum
Start: ASAP

What You’ll Be Doing
As Interim Head of HR, you’ll lead key people initiatives during a time of transformation, supporting a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shape and deliver HR strategy during a period of rapid growth and change.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CPO, CTO, and leadership team across tech and product functions.
- Drive HR initiatives that enhance culture, engagement, and performance.
- Lead people-first change programmes, supporting leaders and teams through transition.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in a senior HR role (or a senior HRBP looking to step up)
- Proven track record partnering with tech teams or in a product-led environment
- Confidence in working at pace and navigating complexity with multiple stakeholders
- Hands-on, proactive approach with a passion for culture and continuous improvement
