Interim HR Advisor - Llanelli

Interim HR Advisor – 6 Month FTC
On-site role

Pembrokeshire (Angle)

Salary – up to £45,000 per annum

Fixed Term Contract – 6 months (initially)

Full Time – Monday to Thursday 8:00am–5:00pm, Friday 8:00am–3:30pm
Flexible start times available (between 7:30am–9:00am)

 

If you’re a hands-on HR generalist who enjoys being close to the business and supporting managers day-to-day, this is a fantastic interim opportunity to join a busy, fast-paced site where you’ll make an immediate impact.

This role has been created to provide additional support to an established HR team.

About You

  • Proven experience in a generalist HR Advisor role
  • Strong working knowledge of employee relations, particularly sickness absence management
  • Confident supporting managers with day-to-day HR queries and casework
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Organised, proactive and able to hit the ground running
  • CIPD qualification (or working towards) would be beneficial

 

What You’ll Be Doing (and the impact you’ll make)

  • Providing hands-on HR support across the site
  • Managing and advising on sickness absence and general ER matters
  • Supporting managers with policies, procedures and best practice
  • Analysing HR data to identify trends and provide insight
  • Working closely with the wider HR team on ongoing projects and change activity
  • Supporting a large on-site workforce with timely, practical HR advice
  • Collaborating with an HR Administrator to ensure smooth HR operations
  • Assisting with ad-hoc HR tasks as required during the contract

This is a fully on-site role based in Angle, Pembrokeshire, so candidates must be able to attend site daily. Flexible working hours are available to support individual circumstances.
