Position: L&D Coordinator
Salary: £27k per annum
Location: Fully remote – Can work anywhere in the UK
Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday 9am – 5pm / Friday 9am – 1pm
Contract: Permanent
The successful candidate will have…
- Experience coordinating training schedules across multiple UK and international programmes.
- High organizational skills
- A keen eye for detail and a “right-first-time” approach.
- Confidence in improving processes and making proactive suggestions.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proven ability to manage multiple calendars and events efficiently.
- Experience with digital technologies, such as Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and trainers.
So, what will the Learning and Development Coordinator role involve?
- Organising and managing training schedules across a variety of programmes.
- Maintaining digital tools, including user access for internal and external stakeholders.
- Supporting the administration of wider team projects and initiatives.
- Registering new consultant trainers and ensuring compliance with policies and ID verification.
- Handling pre- and post-programme administration to ensure smooth operations.
- Providing support at client meetings and events, such as conferences.
