Job title: Learning and Development Manager
Salary: £40,000 per year

We are looking for a dynamic Learning and Development Specialist to be responsible for the design and delivery of a new talent development curriculum, incorporating wellbeing, and equality, diversity and Inclusion (EDI) into all training to support an overall culture management programme.
As a Learning and Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Establishing a clear leadership framework; developing leaders of tomorrow
- Managing a large L&D budget and contribute to L&D management framework. This will include forecasting, planning and monitoring of the budget information.
- Designing learning and development curriculum; both classroom training programmes, and virtual / e-Learning modules
- Delivering the training through a range of learning strategies; 1:1 coaching/ mentoring, classroom, virtual
- Provide coaching, mentoring, development and performance management to the team
- Overseeing the tender processes to appoint external providers to deliver specific programs as deemed necessary within ethical and legal framework.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- CIPD qualification or Level 4 in Education and training; or have 7+ years in L&D positions
- The ability to communicate and build strong working relationships with people in all areas of the organisation; compelling conversations with enthusiasm and energy.
- The knowledge of the principles of talent management, competency frameworks and occupational standards.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present clear, well-structured reports.
