We’re working with an innovative, mission-led organisation based in Cowbridge, South Wales, seeking a proactive and collaborative Marketing Executive.
Position: Marketing Executive
Salary: £28,000 – £34,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Location: Cowbridge, South Wales (Hybrid working - 2 days in the office / 3 days at home)
Hours: Full-time, 34 hours per week (with a shorter Friday!)
Contract: Permanent
Interviewing: Week commencing 18th August

What You’ll Bring:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a digital marketing role
- A strong portfolio of content writing that drives engagement
- Proven success in delivering and analysing marketing campaigns
- Excellent copywriting skills – clear, engaging, and tailored for different audiences
- Experience managing social media campaigns
- Confidence working with data and using it to shape decisions
- Solid IT skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
Bonus Points For:
- Experience in education, public or not-for-profit sectors
- CIM qualification
- Salesforce or CRM platform experience
- Experience organising virtual or in-person events
What you’ll be doing
- Plan and run creative marketing campaigns that resonate with schools and educators
- Coordinate and promote the company’s presence at UK and international events
- Write and edit content for various platforms – from email campaigns and case studies to video scripts and social media posts
- Manage social media activity across platforms including X, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Bluesky
- Proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with brand tone
- Analyse campaign performance to measure success and identify improvements
- Use Salesforce CRM to build automated journeys and support marketing workflows
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners, including schools
