Salary: £25,000 pa
Location: Cardiff City Centre – Full Time Office Based
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (no weekends)
Contract: Permanent

The role
As a Mortgage Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the advisors with the mortgage application process. Your responsibilities will include:

Sending out written correspondence to customers, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

Delivering excellent customer service throughout the entire client journey

Chasing third parties for responses, by phone and email

Taking ownership of your own workload to ensure KPIs and SLAs are achieved in a fast-paced role
