Mortgage Advisor – FinTech Brokerage
Salary: £30,000 basic (OTE £70,000–£80,000)
Location: Cardiff City Centre – Hybrid (excellent public transport links)
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (no weekends)
Contract: Permanent

The role
As a Mortgage Advisor, you’ll play a key role in guiding customers through one of the most important financial decisions of their lives. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing expert mortgage advice from initial enquiry through to completion

Delivering excellent customer service throughout the entire client journey

Building strong relationships with customers and understanding their needs

Working towards monthly revenue targets
About you
You’ll be a great fit for this role if you:

Hold CeMAP Level 1 (minimum)

Are motivated, ambitious and eager to succeed in a target-driven sales role

Enjoy working as part of a team

Are committed to achieving full CeMAP qualification (if not already completed)

Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
